Richard is polite, professional and explained everything, before, during and after. I was able to book a follow up appointment , at my convenience too.

  Had a home visit from a Richard & was dreading it as I have very sensitive feet - I was tense & hiding behind a cushion but Richard was amazing ... professional & understanding & he had my feet looking wonderful before I realised he had even started.
